Maltitol syrup
Maltitol is a sugar alcohol – a type of carbohydrate that is neither sugar nor alcohol. Sugar alcohols are found naturally in some fruits and vegetables. They may also be commercially produced to be used as ingredients for various foods and beverages that we consume.
